1)Plato-chem Company – In this company I am fresh joined. I learned the plating techniques. I have learned various types of plating such as Nickel plating, chrome plating, Hard chrome plating, zinc plating, copper plating, Tin plating, Electro polishing, Electro less nickel plating etc. I have learned Analysis of Nickel, Zinc, Copper, Chrome plating.

2)Anubhav Autos Pvt. Ltd. – In this company I have learned Automatic Triplex nickel plant operation. In this company learned chemical testing as well as plating production work.

3)Yoshika Engg. Pvt. Ltd. – In this company My role is to Analyze the plating tank chemicals of Pretreatment line, as well as Nickel and chrome tank solutions and powder coating parameters Adhesion, Hardness, Dry film thickness, Acid, Alkali Resistance, Salt spray test, Water, petrol resistance, Impact test. Analysis of Phosphating line. In this company goal achieved is cost saving 30% in Effluent treatment plant by conducting several trials.

4)S. M. Auto Engg. Pvt. Ltd. – In this company I am working as Assistant Manager for Plating plant, Painting plant, Powder coating plant. I am handling Laboratory Activity with the help of chemist. Goal achieved is chemical cost saving up to 20% by taking several trials in laboratory and on plating plant. Cost saving 40% in Effluent plant by conducting several trials.
