Objective: There are a few things that I consider to be of vital importance for a minister. First, live close to Jesus and be molded into His image so that the world can see Jesus. If you aren’t close to the Lord, it is difficult to lead people. Second, develop a balanced ministry in the church. No one area is to be over developed at the expense of the overall program of the church. Third, there must be as much attention given to keeping church members as there is to reaching new people for Christ.
Ministerial Experience: During my years as a preacher I have seen many lives dramatically changed through the surrendering to and the building of faith in Jesus. As a result churches have experienced healing from there wounded past and at the same time empowered through the Word of God to rise up and accept their responsibilities as the church in the world. I am extremely blessed to have assisted congregations and individuals with their spiritual vision and growth. Along with the leadership we established educational programs (including church pre-school & men and women’s groups); increased and broke attendance records; remodeled and built additional church facilities; and developed a cassette tape ministry.
