Following the ADDIE instructional design methodology and working closely with Product Managers, end users, and the QA environment, developed WBT titles for internal customers in Sales and Customer Support departments. Activities included interviewing SMEs to creating storyboards to developing and evaluating WBT artifacts. Optio Software, Inc.
