SAFETY EXPERIENCE:

Years of leading on Health and Safety issues within the company I decided to undertake NEBOSH General

Certificate to help further my career in Health and Safety. Whilst working on the Tottenham Court Road Station

Re-development programme under the main contractor BAM Nuttall, I delivered employee engagement sessions

in relation to Beyond Zero Harm Health & Safety Presentations to ensure the workforce were committed to

ensuring safety was at the forefront on the project delivery. I have carried out various site walk around audits,

whereby safety issues would be raised and addressed; toolbox talks; daily safety briefings; supervision etc. I

assisted with behavioural culture change to encouraging near miss reporting and ensuring that the near misses

reported were relevant at Tottenham Court Road site and at London Bridge I lead 30 staff members and 15 staff

members on Safety issues, Organising Presentations, ensuring MEWPS and certified, scaffolds are certified and

ongoing day to day general Safety onsite. Currently working for MJ Quinn integrated Services delivering PGI

audits and ensuring Methods Statements on LUL,C2C, and docklands light railway are correct.
