EMPLOYMENT

Accounting Manager for a flooring contractor. I successfully converted them over to SAP Business One accounting software, and the transition was seamless. This gave us live inventory levels, which allowed us to reduce our inventory and spend the money on advertising and expansion into new markets. Custom reports gives the senior management and sales people the information they want when they need it.
Also responsible for HR and all accounting functions, including audit prep and review, and presentation of financials to outside CPA for tax returns.
By training and developing the current staff, I have developed them into a cohesive unit that is proactive to issues rather than reactive. The increased effectiveness allowed us to delay hiring of more staff until the third quarter.
