Of the many positions during my tour, only a few allowed me to develop the skills to manage different people from all walks of life. I spent ten years as a Drill Instructor, which gave me the opportunity to teach drill, leadership classes, weapons training, and a verity of other classed to mold my recruits to become Marines.
