Arrived each day on time. Processed credit card receipts from the night before. Updated the tow log. Helped public with their releases either property, or vehicle. Interfaced with law enforcement officials when necessary. I answered all phone calls in a professional manner. Answered police requests for tow and in turn sent drivers on calls with the appropriate equipment for the tow. Kept the office clean and presentable. I learned how to keep a level head during stressful situations and stay calm. Interfaced with the general public in the most positive way possible, thus making a less-than-perfect situation no worse. I realized that in some instances, callers were in a bad situation...on the freeway etc... and got them taken care of as quick as possible. The boss could always count on me to come in on time and never leave early.

Actively collected signatures for a "Ban Plastic Bags" campaign. This is a measure which is going to be on the November ballot this year,

It basically asks people to vote on eliminating the use for plastic bags (like the ones at the grocery store). In their place, we offer a cloth reuseable/washable cloth bag for the pledge/support. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

I've lived in this tri-valley area for over forty years and know this area well. I'm an asset to every company I have worked for. My strongest point in any work environment is my customer service skills with regard to dealing with the public. I am consciousness, punctual, reliable and accountable.
