Integra Technologies LLC (Design Engineer, power systems) Sep2016- present
• System level architecture & design of complex & scalable applications.
• Prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Able to derive new product requirements by designing feasible technical solutions including, conceptual and architecture schemas and drawings.
• Define high-level design choices, technical standards, engineering practices, new verification methods, etc.
• Generate standardized or customized test procedures for Factory Acceptance Tests (F.A.T) and Site Acceptance Tests (S.A.T.) as well as for Internal Validation.
• Need to perform the statistical analysis on the design data for the research & validation purpose by using SAS.
• Provide support to the wind, hydropower, solar, and power systems in research, design, and development of resource assessments, and perform power systems analyses.
Research Assistant (Graduate project) March 2015- March 2016
• Worked on creating a digital signature which uses 30 processors to analyze the dynamic electrical parameters of printed circuit boards.
• Digital signature was created based on the impedances of the components and binary theory.
• The binary data is used to concatenate the numbers to create a unique 128-bit or 164-bit digital signature.
• This signature is then used to test the authenticity of the PCBs.
Precon Automation & Systems, Mumbai Feb 2014 - May 2014
• Worked on connections between input devices & PLC’s and output devices from PLC’s to Relay Controllers.
• Develop I/O summary for PLC programming and electrical drawings as per client specifications.
• Connections between level pressure sensors & PLC’s.
• Configuration of PLC-CPU hardware with its software.
• Configuration of PLC Ethernet/Profibus/ RS 232 Comport with work station.
• Practical configuration of SCADA/HMI project and hands-on tag development.
• Data Management interfacing and practical interfacing of SCADA system to computer Hardware & Software
