Developed courseware for classroom training including student guides, formal instructor notes, and PPT presentation using Word and PowerPoint.
Developed interactive and recording only eLearning courses using Camtasia, Captivate and Webex.
Managed over 2000 Synergy customers for in-house, onsite, virtual instructor-led and web training courses at the administrative, operations and user levels.
Oversaw seven direct reports including trainers, instructional designers, training coordinator and administrative assistant.

Created instructional design project schedule with delivery dates for all administration, operation and user level courseware to coordinate with release schedule.
Tracked and maintained business goals of department to include a managing a 1.5 million budget. Earned a 58% profit margin while juggling multiple revenue streams.
Provided product sales opportunities gleaned during training conversations to appropriate sales associate.
Developed and delivered very successful sessions at JHA user conferences.

Served on the project team as advisor for newly developed processes and their training implications, writing and re-writing processes.
Developed training guides specific to the processes the contract department would be adopting.
Successfully delivered the course to hundreds of Boeing employees. Delivery of the course included addressing employee change management concerns.
