Responsible for the safety and well being of all Dementia residents. Supervises all staff on unit; clinical and

non clinical. Provider of all training for staff. Manages life enrichment programs & social setting in dining

rooms. Family support group facilitator, tours, financials and marketing outside of facility to help grow census.

Implements policies, regulations and laws. Assist administrator with any plans of correction. Help establish a

budget for departments and assist in daily census. Assist in contract signing for new clients.

state and federal funding for programs. Created new social /behavior programs for clients, and trained staff to

the MDS for sections B-F when MDS first went public.
