Defined strategy and approach that enabled a large consumer lighting multinational organization to integrate inventory planning and sales processes and 3Rd party distribution channels within Southeast Asia. Audited procedures at all 4 distribution partners; identified opportunities and issues; and recommended consolidation model that increased visibility across the supply chain, improved productivity, reduced inventory level, enhanced overall customer satisfaction and participates ROI.

Based on previous success, requested to assume year-long Interim Supply Chain Manager role for multinational consumer and commercial lighting sales organization in the Philippines. Analyzed and strengthened all supply chain planning process and ERP system parameters within the SAP ERP system and implemented new business processes. that increased on-time and in-full order fill rates from 63% to 93%, grew annual sales from $16.5 million to $20.5 million, reduced inventory from 7.5% of annual sales to 4.5%, slashed sales order lead team by 7 days, and delivered a 30% saving on warehousing costs.
