WORK EXPERIENCE
Office Manager/ Travel Coordinator/ Executive assistant for the president/CEO BULLTICK, LLC - BRICKELL, FL, US - 2014 to Present
• Manage executives' calendar keeping it current and accurate balancing meeting times with scheduled work time; available for critical work related concerns during non-working time
• Project Management: Assists with projects and assumes project-management responsibility where appropriate. Maintains follow-up with Leadership team to ensure that action items are complete
• Coordinating all clerical staff & utilizing office equipment effectively.
• Creating and implementing new administrative systems.
• Organizing induction programs for new staff.
