Responsible for all contract, finance, accounting, HR, risk, and IT functions for the firm. Managed a team across these multiple disciplines. Restructured debt when the company was in credit default, ensuring continued operation. WDC Exploration & Wells, Inc. Chief Financial Officer Woodland, CA 200*-****-**** 2012 Founded in 1949, WDC grew to be one of the largest, privately-owned, drilling companies in the U.S., with $87 million in revenue. They provided environmental drilling services for the water supply, geotechnical, mining, energy & construction industries. Responsible for managing and directing the finance, accounting, IT, and HR departments. Developed the company model and led a team resulting in the, very profitable, sale of this 60-year-old company. Prepared and presented historical and pro-forma financial information to the Board of Directors, the Private Equity Group buyer, and the lenders. Sale required detailed contractual and financial knowledge including projections, complex contractual terms, schedules, and audits. Put in place a new ERP system for more efficient accountability. Traveled to drilling test sites to make Operations more seamless. Trained teams in the field on turning revenue-generating theory into reality. Key Accomplishments

Group Controller Sacramento, CA 200*-****-**** 2006 With $481 million in revenue, TRC is an engineering, consulting and construction management firm, providing integrated services to the energy, environmental, and infrastructure markets. TRC has over 4,100 employees at 120+ offices throughout the U.S. Responsible to serve as Regional Controller and provide financial oversight of 8 company acquisitions. Performed extensive M&A

/Due Diligence work. Managed various resources in this matrix organization. Successfully implemented Sarbanes Oxley documentation and remediation for the Imbsen & Associates subsidiary. So impressed TRC management during the purchase of Imbsen & Associates (see below), that they retained me and placed me in financial oversight of 7 additional firms being acquired.

Successfully directed the finances of 8 acquired engineering consulting firms, producing some $50 million in revenue.

Developed & taught revenue recognition training to Western Region subsidiaries.

Successfully implemented an ERP system and on-boarded all 8 acquisitions into system. Imbsen & Associates, Inc. Chief C hief Financial Officer Sacramento, CA 199*-****-**** 2005 IAI was founded by my father, Dr. Roy A. Imbsen. It was a structural engineering firm offering unique expertise in bridge design, applied research, earthquake engineering, and advanced computer technology. In 2003 the firm was purchased by TRC Solutions. Responsible to lead multiple departments for the firm, including Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, and Software Sales. Brought in 5 years after startup and established full professional financial oversight, where previously there had only been a bookkeeper. Reduced risk by implementing formal contract review and managed insurance program. Improved employee retention by implementing employee bonus program, 401k matching plan, and a formal review process. Upon IAI's purchase, became the Western Regional Controller over this firm and 7 other firms for 3 years, until all were fully assimilated into TRC Solutions. Key Accomplishments

Rockwell International / Rocketdyne Engineering Manager West Hills, CA 198*-****-**** 1991 Rocketdyne was the rocket engine design and production division of Fortune 100, Rockwell International. Rockwell had numerous government contracts and 1991 revenue of $12.44 billion. Work, at the time, was on multiple advanced propulsion engines and qualification testing on the MX / Peacekeeper 4th stage engine assembly. Responsible initially, to input a new state of the art data acquisition system at the Advanced Propulsion Test Facility.
