Responsible for a team of piping and stress engineers working on a green-field CPF plant of bitumen production with 90,000 BPSD capacity to develop field bitumen production using SAGD as the in-situ recovery method of choice. The facility included de-oiling, co-gen, pipe rack, tankage, glycol and dewatering systems and CSA pipelines.

Cenovus Foster Creek Offsite - Piping Engineering Lead

Responsible for piping engineering and stress analysis of 9 SAGD well pads with steam, emulsion, purge gas and fuel gas lines. Pads including pipe rack, test separator and other facilities and included. Each pad included 8 to 18 wellheads. Job involved slug flow study.

Kinder Morgan Belt line Tanks - Piping Engineering Lead

Responsible for piping engineering and stress analysis of a green-field tank terminal project in Edmonton to be used for merchant tank storage of light crude, heavy crude and condensates including, 18 tanks of, 220,000 to 400,000 bbls, booster pumps, valve matrix, pipe rack, metering and surge relief tanks. Job included providing piping material specs and design of special pipe supports.
