● Managed effort to re-envision technology organization throughout the enterprise and consolidate two existing technology organizations. Managed definition of new processes and procedures based upon ITIL/COBIT for each department. Project successfully completed with pilot launch of all new departments with documented processes and procedures in November 2011.

● Worked with internal management team to develop processes and procedures for Application Maintenance and Development and launched my own department under the new model, based upon ITIL and Agile development.

● Turned around stalled Salesforce.com project that went live the day I started. Project went live with 10% of intended functionality and only in one division. I assessed the solution fit, development approach, development partner and internal team. I terminated the contract with our Salesforce VAR, trained the internal team on Agile development, and conducted RFP bidding for multiple VARs to identify a new solution partner. Picked new partner and development platform for sales pipeline and budgeting solution, negotiated contract and started project, prior to my departure in December 2012.

● Assessed present environment and identified redundancy in two traffic/scheduling systems between cable networks and broadcast networks. Data was mastered between the two systems and systems consolidated.

● IT Asset Integration Leader for 30+ billion dollar acquisition of NBCUniversal

● Defined new quarterly project management planning process based upon PMI standard. o Enabled significant increases in on-time/on-budget delivery of projects and detailed visibility to upper management to departmental resource constraints.

● Led acquisition effort to consolidation G4TV technology infrastructure and applications. o Target of 60 days was given by senior management to reduce risk to business operation due to substantial downsizing of operation. Project was completed on-time and on- budget. Resulted in 1 million dollar reduction in G4TV’s annual IT Operations expense.

● Led financial systems consolidation of 100+ legal entities/25+ operating companies. Nine different source financial systems were converted into a common chart of accounts. Project was completed on-time and on-budget.

o Project enabled centralized reporting and roll-up of monthly and quarterly reporting in less than 40 minutes. Process use to require weeks of manual work to produce division level financial reports.

● Justified and managed virtualization strategy to allow extended capacity of existing Los Angeles data center. Over 200 servers were deployed or redeployed utilizing VM Ware ESX. Although our data center power utilization had reached capacity in CY 2006, we were able to continue supporting business growth through virtualization and finally had to look for external data center capacity in CY 2008.

● Defined new process models for IT Operations group utilizing ITIL v2 and led implementation of service-now.com for incident, problem, change management and SLA reporting. o New processes led to same day closure of all critical incidents and increased customer satisfaction.

● Consolidated all IT Operations departments globally across E!, Golf Channel, and Versus resulting in an annual operating expense reduction of 2+ million.
