●Performed complex layout, and component mounting according to drawings.

While working, supervisors and management noticed such skill can be utilized in Tyco Thermal Controls quality control, quality assurance department(QA/QC). As a QA/QC inspector, daily I performed quality wiring inspections such as
●Proper terminations, correct wire type and size according to the schematic key notes.
●Wire routing, and component fastenings.
●Torque wire terminations where necessary.
●Inspect components individually to verify component’s manufacture, serial number and model number are correct according to Bill of Materials.
●Identify component nameplates and other identification tools to ensure they’re correct according to established wiring diagram.
●Inspect circuits for current, operating functions, and ground fault protection.
While performing inspections, I confer with supervisors, and engineering to plan and review activities so issues regarding production, quality, or procedural problems may be identified and resolved. This allows me to be proactive with rework and/ or repairs to assembled equipment, and wiring according to engineering specification changes; while performing all work in accordance with quality standards and safety procedures.
