Project Name: Pega CRM

The application provides an efficient way of applying for the eligibility and finding the physician along with concerned specialist Doctor. It is more flexible and also helps in addressing exception- related issues such as need of more than one specialist Doctors, customer services,eligibility, designed and implemented data and application classes to integrate with other applications using services and connectors. It is a workflow solution based Application designed for ease of to know the eligibility of concern existing Customer of Anthem. The Users(Customer Representatives) interact with the application through various service flows such as Member ID Cards, Application ID, Benefits, Eligibility etc.,. This project was done using CPMHC framework.

Contribution:

Used all the latest Pega 7 features to make an application and UI responsiveness to access the same across different devices.

Created workflows, flow actions sections, rule sets, Work classes and Data classes.

Worked on circumstance rules to parameterize the common rules among different work flows

Description:

The Objective of the Project is to process the Disputes Processing system in Pega Rules PRPC. This application serves as the single source for handling all the credit card disputes with the feed from Account Online, System intuitivated disputes and also from reps through Phone. This application handles all the credit card dispute life cycle like mercent Category Codes, chargeback, right-off, provisional credit, Correspondence and handling all the retrieval request. Creating and posting feed to the Postgre System.

Involved in Multiple Projects throughout the life cycle which involves Dispute Processing system impacts.

Involved in Designs for the work flows and the integration pieces.

Implemented critical work flows part of day to day business operations the workflows are crucial to success of the system, especially considering the volume.

Description: MyFlow is an online system that is responsible for account opening setup and settlement instruction updates work flow. Requests are sent for the approval to the Institutional reference Data (IRD Team) and in special circumstances, first to a manager for the approval. The dashboard system allows the user to review (use of search function), view workflow summaries (case summary), search and generate metrics (Default OODB reports).Integration LDAP)

Project Description: Remediation Claims system that allows the bank to capture and process Customers claims. The aim is to be a first point of remediation resolution system that will process claims through to payment.

In 2010 payment crisis arise. The Customer loses their interest. Data Entry enter the data and validate. Entered some serious Questions and send to approval.

Claims handle system. Rise request by BPO. Retrieve the info from the DB and capture the claim info and submit. Payment amount claim and different amount range vary like SIAM like amount approval .Every day 12 0 clock run and transfer to other systems. (50-100)
