The application provides an efficient way of applying for the eligibility and finding the physician along with concerned specialist Doctor. It is more flexible and also helps in addressing exception- related issues such as need of more than one specialist Doctors, customer services,eligibility, designed and implemented data and application classes to integrate with other applications using services and connectors. It is a workflow solution based Application designed for ease of to know the eligibility of concern existing Customer of Anthem. The Users(Customer Representatives) interact with the application through various service flows such as Member ID Cards, Application ID, Benefits, Eligibility etc.,. This project was done using CPMHC framework.
Contribution:
Used all the latest Pega 7 features to make an application and UI responsiveness to access the same across different devices.
