Abstract
Site has been conceptualized based on the shortfalls in the current Web Content Management space, where Content Authors will need IT support to create and manage templates which are in turn used to create Web Pages and Campaigns.
Author creates the content in the Adobe CQ author environment. This environment is used to configure the layout and design of website using the Template Builder.
Site bridges this gap by allowing Content Author creating templates at runtime with no IT knowledge or intervention.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
“ASV Online” is a Spring-framework based web application developed for Centrica-British Gas. Project involves the design, development and testing of an application created for online service management to all the Centrica customers.
ASV Online has been established to update the web presence for British Gas and to take problems from both the ‘customer experience’ and the ‘technology’ perspective. Through a complete overhaul of the site and the underlying technology, ‘ASV Online’ plans to deliver new and focused journey aimed at improving acquisitions for ASV and reducing no access rate. At the same time the technology change will improve data validation, data capture thus reducing the need for data replication.
Users of this application:
Customer – British Gas customer who can use this system to book an appointment for his/her Annual Service Visit. They can reschedule or cancel an already booked appointment.
CSA (Customer Service Agent) – CSA acts like an administrator. He views all the appointments booked by various users and responds accordingly.
Planner – Planner is the one who decides on the slots like how many slots can be allocated on a particular day or how many can happen in a particular day.
