Manage all aspects of HR program, including all operations and systems. In close collaboration with Logistics/ Transportation team, help maintain compliance for all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) requirements on both employer and employee side. Develop new policies to guarantee compliance with FMCSA requirements, establish preferred provider list, and manage workers’ compensation (W/C) records, OSHA log, and Return to Work (RTW) programs

Instruct managers, supervisors, and associates on safety and injury procedures in compliance with State of Ohio Workers’ Compensation programs

Ensure adherence to current policies and procedures in imposing disciplinary action

Respond to unemployment questions and provide documentation regarding employer’s position

Oversee and monitor employee leaves of absence (LOA), track employee attendance, administer weekly payroll, and process payment for wage garnishments
