Supervied crew of 12 in the warehouse, shipping, packaging and assembly departments. Ordering of all supplies and hardware; scheduling, managing and tracking of all outside processing for plating and machining of product. Simultaneously assigned the position of Project Manager over one lead man and five temporary laborers for a 4-month warehouse renovation project: sourcing and purchasing of equipment and supplies; coordinated the purchasing of new racking, parts bins; responsible for machinery relocation including arranging for rigging; inventory reorganization of warehouse product. Duties included manufacturing of obsolete and modification parts for rebuilding and refitting machine tools. Designed and built components for installation of Servo drives, ball screws and nuts for retrofitting, and updating old machines with CNC programmability. Evaluated machine tools for rebuild. Tested and ran finished machines for customer approval.
