History taking, Physical Examination, Admission and discharging documentation .General Anaesthesia - all types. Double lumen tube insertion in thoracic surgery. Different intubations techniques.Fibreoptic itubation Using the Laryngeal Mask (LM). Regional Anaesthesia: Spinal anesthesia, Epidural anesthesia and other peripheral blocks. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation. Ventilation management Labor analgesia with epidural catheterization . Remote location anaesthesia Emergency surgery Laser surgery and Laparoscopic surgery Management of trauma Shocked patients. Endovascular operations .Brain enjury operations.

Extensive monitoring (central venous pressure, IABP, ICP, ventilation parameters, etc.), failing organs support, artificial ventilation including nonconventional techniques - ECMO, high frequency oscillation ventilotherapy HFOV, High frequency jet ventilotherapy HFJV. Renal replacement therapy – continual, intermittent with regional / system anticoagulation. Sepsis treatment, antibiotics strategies. Nutrition in severe states. Intoxication management hemoperfusis, gastric lavage, drug elimination support. Resuscitation team leader – providing advanced resuscitation for the entire hospital.

Bronchoscopy, PDTS – percutaneous dilatational tracheostomy, artificial ventilation modes and settings (AURA,FABIUS,SIRIUS,JULIAN,OHMEDA,DREGER, EVITA XL ventilators), peridural analgesia – insertion of peridural line, providing analgesia. Thoracocentesis, drainage of thorax – management of suction systems.

Land mark, as well as sonography guided cannulations of peripheral or central veins, arteries. Hemodialysis, and plasmapheresis management - cannula insertion and procedures provider. Basic sonography knowledge.

ICP- monitoring, brain edema therapy.

Supervising, advising, and taking decisions of admitting and discharging of patients, differential diagnosis. Senior consultant for intensive care procedures for other departments – intubation, cannulation, resuscitation, etc.

Patient myasthenia gravis, AMSAN treatment, etc. Rare infection management: H1N1 lung failure. Pneumonia, TBC organ failure. Procedures: Intubation (laryngeal mask, endotracheal cannula, tracheostomy cannula, and endobronchial biluminal cannula insertion), conventional and nonconventional ventilation modes: NIVS, Hayek s oscillator, SIMV, BIPAP, PCV, PSV, MCV, HFJV, HFOV, COPD exacerbation, and other lung obstructive states.

Pleural puncture, pleural drainage. Central venous access, venous and arterial access – land mark and sonography guided. LiDCO, BIS, Swan Ganz cardiac output measurement. External cardiac stimulation. Electricalcardioversion.

Diagnostic and therapeutic peritoneal puncture, nasogastric tube, Sengstaken-Blakemore esophageal tube catheterization. Renal replacement therapy – intermittent, continual modes. Regional calcium citrate

anticoagulation, heparin system anticoagulation, plasmapheresis (plasma exchange in Guillain Barre, other states), hemodiaperfusis, insertion of urinary catheter. Basic sonography - FAST. Resuscitation team leader, Newborns CPR.

I have attended junior staff anesthetic unit management meeting and I contribute actively to improve the running of the department and to highlight problem with delivery of care.
