Senior Vice President & Chief Operations Officer: Luster National, Inc. 2010-2014 Successfully managed corporate operations worldwide. Responsible for ensuring the corporate mission was successfully accomplished by assuring clients always more than satisfied with both work and quality of products provided. Amassed a team of senior subject matter experts to conduct an Operational Needs Assessment for the Galveston District of the Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). The assessment was based on the USACE Project Management Business Process (PMBP) and Quality Management Systems (QMS), as well as the Program Management Institute (PMI). Team evaluated virtually all existing processes and procedures within the District, interviewed USACE personnel, evaluated current processes and procedures, and presented final report to District senior management. This assessment resulted in the creation of a team of experts tailored to assist Galveston District in improving its project management business processes, and ensuring compliance with USACE processes/regulations.

Developed plan to support the New Orleans District, US Army Corps Engineers in managing over $200M in American Recovery and Reinvention Act (ARRA) funds. Hand-picked Product Delivery Teams to create schedules, ensure compliance with USACE Information Management System, and greatly assisted District in the development of the first ever USACE-compliant Program Management Plan (PgMP). These processes are now being used to manage all USACE projects within the District, estimated at over $17 Billion. Recruited, interviewed, managed and supervised team of experts that developed procedures, templates and reports to address critical operational and logistical issues. Developed and implemented enhanced management processes and performance metrics. Worked closely in the development of Project Management Plans (PMPs) and a Project Control Organization, to better manage projects and ensure compliance with USACE Project Management Business Plans, Quality Management Systems and USACE Regulations. Assumed responsibility for operations in support of the New Orleans District, US Army Corps of Engineers where my firm was down to 1 full time employee (FTE). Directed corporate turn-around operations, and served as direct interface between corporate resources and USACE key leadership. Developed business relationships, reorganized resources, developed statements of work and project plans for the schedule development and program management for billions of dollars in civil works projects. With the development of the new concept of operations and logistical support, our corporate footprint increased to 12 FTEs required for the successful delivery of requisite professional management services. Army Division Chief of Staff: 75th Division, 1st US Army (Chief Operating Officer Equivalent) 2005-2007 Leader of one of the nation’s premier military mobilization training/support organizations with over 3100-personnel in 7 states,
