DUTIES AND RESPONSOBILITIES:

 Plan and manage electrical building projects and supervise personnel.

 Supervise and install GI & PVC conduits, cable trunk, and cable basket, UPVC duct for ELV system, BMS system, Fire Alarm system, Access control system. Telecom and data system.

 Supervise and install CPM, DDC Panel, Router Panels, FCU Controller, MCC and other Electrical Distribution Panels.

 Supervise & install field devices such as DPS, DPT, temperature & humidity sensors, motorized damper, motorized valve, flow meter, float switch, ultrasonic sensors, differential pressure transmitter and other mechanical & electrical devices.

 Responsible in as built plan {changing of line route from the original plan}

 Assist BMS and MEP Engr. in testing and commissioning of Chiller Plant Manager

 BMS system, Hvac system, Air handling units, Fan coil units, Parking ventilations system, Stair pressurizations Fire Alarm system other BMS system integration.

 Assist MEP Engr. & Consultant for final testing witness by Facility Management for handling over of the entire system.

 Knowledge in motor controls such as across the line, reverse forward, part winding direct online, star delta, ect.

 Installation of electrical lighting system, Fire Alarm System, Access Control, and CCTV System.

 Variable Frequency Drive Programming.

Under Maintenance Projects

 Plant Operation Supervisor during 400 days warranty Period.

 MEP Supervisor for 400 days warranty Period of Barwa Alsadd Project, report direct to Project Manager.

 Responsible for the Daily Operations, Repair and Maintenance of Commercial & Residential building during 400 days warranty period.

 Control Room Operator / BMS Operator

 Check and rectify any malfunctioning of field control devices, Electrical Motors, Pumps, Electrical heaters, exhaust fans, lighting circuitry, Air-conditioning and associated controls, generator and related switching.

 Repair and maintenance of HVAC System, Air handling Units, Fan Coil Unit, Variable air volume, Window and Split type A/C.

 Responsible for the operation repair and maintenance of fire alarm system.

 Responsible for the Repair and Maintenance of the Plumbing system such as Domestic Water pumps, Submersible Pumps, Lifting Pumps.

 Responsible for the Operation Repair and Maintenance of electrical system low and medium voltage.
