Studied downtime reduction by incorporating data collection and time study analysis using GEBO EITTM and Oracle WMS.
Deducted the process failure risk more than 45% by initiating risk analysis RPN – FMEA in changeover process.
Developed and verified IQ, OQ and PQ protocols in the new production line.
Improved Overall Equipment Efficiency by establishing on-site training of the new MES procedures and standard operating procedures to production lines’ supervisors.
