Manufacturing Solutions Intern - Manufacturing Department

Studied downtime reduction by incorporating data collection and time study analysis using GEBO EITTM and Oracle WMS.

Deducted the process failure risk more than 45% by initiating risk analysis RPN – FMEA in changeover process.

Developed and verified IQ, OQ and PQ protocols in the new production line.

Improved Overall Equipment Efficiency by establishing on-site training of the new MES procedures and standard operating procedures to production lines’ supervisors.

Conducted process improvement using six sigma DMAIC roadmap and lean tools such as Spaghetti Diagram in Seguin plant.

Developed an artificial pancreas in a joint research between SIUE School of Pharmacy and School of Engineering.

Engineered an algorithm capable of predicting future glucose level and controlling it within the normal range for %90 of the time by incorporating MATLAB statistics, data analysis tools, and machine learning toolbox.

Designed the conceptual 3D model of the device and Conducted thermal finite element analysis in SolidWorks.

Faratavan Industrial Automation Sep 2011 – Feb 2014

Mechanical Engineer - Engineering Department

Developed two planetary reducers and two servomotors from concept to market.

Administered product design and development included design of tools and fixtures in SolidWorks.

Conducted stress and thermal finite element analysis (FEA) using SolidWorks Simulation.

Executed full documentation including: 3D models, bill of materials, detail drawings according to requested GD&T according ASME Y14.5 and different ISO standards, and assembly Standard Operating Procedure.
