Led the tool design project for new product sugarcane Harvester launch for Asia market with team size of ten include other engineers, contractors and offshore tool designer in India and Mexico. Involved in product prototype build, physical build to experience with fabrication, welding and assembly process to define the new manufacturing process for production.

Planned, coordinated, developed new concepts and designs for more complex tools, fixtures, gages, assemblies and machines to facilitate the implementation of new products into the core manufacturing processes.
