Responsibilities:
Leading cross functional teams to support ISC on projects that impact On Time To Request, Days Of Supply, process improvements, escapes reduction, time reduction and quality issues, for legacy and new products.
Focal point for ISC organization attending daily Tier 4 meetings (Management Level) to support any support required from MRTC organization and Engineering & Technology departments required from other sites.
In charge of engineering budget from ISC to provide the support required from MRTC departments.
Review, analyze and justify every drawing change request from ISC organization.
MRB engineer certification for commercial product(Boeing, Airbus, Gulfstream, Dassault, Cessna, Bombardier, Embraer, etc)

Transition Engineer/2007 – 2013
Responsibilities:
Experience transitioning process of forming, cutting, assembly, machining, welding, coating, cleaning process, heat transfer process, for aluminum, steel, inconel & titanium, cores & HX, oil coolers HX, Ozone Converters, Assembly Packs, Water Extractors/Separators & Air/Oil Valves.
Analyze manufacturing processes and parts to be transitioned to Mexicali facility
For transition parts develop capacity analysis, process maps, Scope of Work, FMEA, control plan, spaghetti charts, risk analysis evaluation, quoting of parts, Verification of Build, Job Walk Sheet for tools required.
Manufacture of the first units to be transitioned to Mexicali, with First Article Inspection Reports for validation.
Setup training required for transition teams with documentation of the part/process, travel arrangements, travel authorization, transition site support.
On trainings responsible to identify hidden factory, and equipment required for transitions.
Review and Analyze export classification status of part numbers/tools and request access authorization to PDM drawings for Mexicali Site.
Translation of working instructions and specifications, creation of visual instructions & sketch sheets.
Lead projects for equipment installations (CNC, press, ovens, fixtures, hand tools, test equipments, etc) and new chemicals introduction.
