WORK EXPERIENCE

1. ORGANISATION : Park and Chem Pharmaceutical Pvt . Ltd

Firstly, I Joined the company as a laboratory technician under chemists. After six months, I got promoted as an Assistant Plant Supervisor in Park ‘n’ Chem Pharmaceutical Pvt. Ltd (Manufacturer of intra vascular and intra muscular medicines) Amritsar, Punjab(India).I worked here between August-2004 to August 2006.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

I worked closely with process chemists and control engineers to ensure that the process plant is set up to provide maximum output levels and efficient running of the production facility. It includes the following duties :

1.Operated Effluent Treatment Plant ( NaOH neutralization) of capacity 3000 litre / hour, making sure that all the internal parameter of treated water like hardness, Ph etc are according to the specifications.

2.Operated Multi-column Distillation Plant of capacity 1litre / minute, making sure that the distilled water quality to manufacturing area is of high quality.

3. Operated Dry Heat Tray Dryer of capacity 50 tray, drying at temperature of 160-170

centigrade for degree period of 80 min.

4. Operated diesel boiler and Autoclave.

5. Maintaining manually and computerized records of all the above operations on daily basis.

6. Supervision of packaging section.

7. Sterilization of manufacturing area (Potassium permanganate and formic acid 60/40 w/v%).

8. Performed Laboratory Tests – Spectroscopy of solution, Potential of Hydrogen (pH), Total

Suspended Solids,(TSS),Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biological Oxygen Demand.

2. ORGANISATION : B.L.D Global

Worked as a Plant Supervisor for more than 8 years between September-2006 to March 2014 in B.L.D.Global (Manufacturer of Textile Chemical dyes) focal point, Amritsar, Punjab(India)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

1. Waste water treatment plant of capacity 4000litre / hour, making sure that all the internal

parameter of treated water like hardness, Ph etc are according to the specifications.

2. Operating Conical agitating blender (operating time 6 hour) for mixing phenol and sulphuric

acid of capacity 4000 litre, controlling the temperature of mixture by slowing down the

agitator speed and flowing the cold water through the external jacket of the mixture.

3. Operating diesel boiler.

4. Maintaining manually and computerized records of all the above operations on daily basis.

5. Maintaining records of inventory Store room.

3. ORGANISATION : Tulip Telecom Ltd

Worked as admin coordinator, service coordinator and sales coordinator for two years from may- 2014 to may-2016
