Responsibilities:

Supervise and control minor/major Refrigeration and HVAC works for capital, non-routine and routine maintenance projects within GAS Operations jurisdictions. By preparing of various progress reports, developing a working schedule/programme, reviewing and approving shop drawings, issuing site changes, verifying quantities, issuing work permits and conducting routine inspections of ongoing projects as well as final hand over inspection.

Assist Head of Technical in review of project documentations implemented by Engineering Projects Department.

Allocating daily work assignments, sign and control work permits, and arrange for special support services and coordinating work with other sections of the department.

Inspect HVAC system and equipment for failures to ensure the deficiencies are promptly reported and auctioned.

Hands on experience in HVAC system such as Central system, Split units, Package units, Chilled Water units, Mini Split & Window units.

Determine on the standards tools, materials, equipment and practices of the HVAC system maintenance.

Utilize independent judgment in the performance duties.

Work in a variety of weather conditions with exposures to the elements.

Knowledge of relevant standards, codes, procedure and practices.

Through knowledge on safety standards and norms as applicable for the work.

Estimate personnel, material and equipment needs maintain records of materials used and hours worked, submit report on work performed

Responsibilities:

Responsible for successful Installation and commissioning of HVAC.

Coordination with clients, other agency for creating work fronts, clearing constraints, attending priority works

Mobilization of resources such as subcontractor, material, tools etc.

Frequent review of site activities for monitoring progress and analyzing future requirement.Knowledge in study of pipe line drawing and development.

Ducting work & F.C.U, A.H.U and Split unit & package unit Aeration and maintenance work.

Material request and inspection on over all store keeping process.

Preparing of check list and execution.
