Mr. Hewa Manage Sarath is a Civil Engineer with 20 years of practical experience from project in
Saudi Arabia and Sri Lanka.
He has gained extensive experience in supervision works of buildings, earth work, tunnel work and chemical storage. Irrigation works and roads. During his working tenure, he has gained experience in site inspection and preparing tender documents including specifications drawing and B O Q also monitoring the quantity assurance and quality control of the work on site and co-coordination between contractor and client.Mr.Sarath has gained good knowledge of local and international standards during his work with different client in Saudi Arabia and Sri Lanka.

1999-2004. Involved in supervision of new rehabilitation /repair of concrete structures. The work involved site supervision,reviews of as-build drawings,remeasure executed quantity assurance,supervision of execution of concrete works to assure proper quantity control, review of shop drawing and bills of quantities .also involved in preparation of monthly progress reports and co-coordination between the client and contractor
1998-1999. In charge of the supervision of ceylinco housing project. Work included checking the quality of materials supervision and organizing of labors, machinery, and preparation of monthly report.
1996-1998 Site in-charge of Maintence work in King Fahd Port in Jubal, Responsibilities includes checking drawings, co cooperation with client, checking quantity and quality of the materials, preparation of bills to sub-contractors, preparation of monthly progress report.
1993-1996 in charge of construction works of a housing compound. Works involved supervising the construction works as per drawings and specification of the project, preparation of schedules, shop drawings, co-coordinating and controlling the foreman and laborers on site, estimation of quantities required for procurement and preparation of progress.
