Taking over the signed offer letters for the recruitment consultants

Maintains follow up with clients for visas & other documents

Giving medical slip and sending the candidates for medical examination

Maintains medical centre account

Taking fitness confirmation from the medical center and updating medical register

Makes calls to candidates to apply for PCC and to make the required advance payment

Maintains all mobilization related data in relevant formats.

Collection of PCC from candidates

After getting the visa from the clients sending the visa for medical fitness stamping to the medical center

Sending documents (Visa, medical report, GP letter, passport, Arabic contract, PCC) for visa stamping and emigration to vendor

Call the candidates for balance payments

After getting the documents from vendor, making flight bookings

Calling candidates to hand over ticket and other documents

Contact client for ok to board message and pickup arrangement

Taking ok to board messages confirmation with Airlines

Preparing invoice and sending to accounts.

Updating candidate register

Updating and sending weekly mobilization report.

Handling pre screening whenever required

Updating database & other reporting formats.

Prepare job advertisement, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies and other material (job sheets) in accordance with the organization’s recruitment standards and business needs so that potential job applicants have the information they need to decide whether, and how to, apply for a vacant position.

Respond to enquiries from candidates, hiring managers and external recruitment agencies about the organization’s recruitment activities and about the status of the job vacancies so that interested parties are kept informed without compromising the organization’s standards of privacy and confidentiality.

Develop appropriate interview questions in collaboration with the hiring manager so that interviews are conducted efficiently and equitably for pre-selection/pre-interviews.

Contact candidates from existing data base and responses from advertisement and walk – in’s and conduct pre- selection/ pre - interviews.

Make necessary arrangement for interviews with Clients if any.

Sending selected candidate profiles to clients for selection.

Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job’s pre-established selection criteria and organizational recruitment policies.

Contacting selected candidates and handing over job offer material in accordance with the agreed job specifications so that successful candidates have all the information they need to decided whether to accept the position.

Handing over of signed offer letters by the selected candidates to mobilization coordinator.

Handing over of rejected profiles to be registered in the data base.

Ensure that all open positions are closed as per the per decided timelines

Maintaining recruitment report on weekly bases.

Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.

Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.

Perform other special duties/projects as assigned.

Making job postings on the Company Website, maintaining and up-dating the same.

Handling E-mail account of the company ******@******.***
