my name is Paul Mauro and i am a experience chef/line cook of 12+ yrs.
i have been a supervisor,owner and shift leader many times in my restaurant career.
i have work in extremely busy restaurants as well as employed in fine dining establishments.
i am considered a GRILL master as well as a experienced butcher.
my experience in the kitchen has taught me many different skills with meat,fish,poultry as well as vegetarian dishes.
