Oversaw productivity and performance of all personnel to include: repair and maintenance of all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting; scheduling all subcontractors and vendors for maintenance of all apartment move-outs and make-ready for new tenants; all of which resulting in highly efficient and smooth flowing maintenance operations. Purchased all needed parts, appliances, merchandise and supplies; adhered to and met all budget expections. Managed rehabilitation of Renaissance Apartment Complex encompassing complete demolition, renovation, and turn key of450 apartments. quarterly reports on all maintenance issues.
