Responsible for Managing all aspects of a multi-million dollar contract award for Marine/Army IDIQ. Coordinated and Organized necessary interaction, communication and synchronization with all levels of Government Program office to include Program Managers, Project Officers, Program Engineers, Program Safety Engineers, Information Assurance, Frequency Engineers, Logisticians, Training Developers, Trainers, Users of equipment, Instructors, and Logistics who are essential to the success of the program.
Responsible for meeting delivery and schedule commitments to the US Government for significant Trimble and Federal Agency contracts including delivery of equipment, operations, testing, TM and training development
Drove internal matrix teams composed of sales, engineers, planning, training, materials, production, quality, service, logistics, safety, and in-field product support to ensure division sales and product life cycle requirements are met
