Lead and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across various departments including; sales and marketing, manufacturing, project management, engineering and external vendors.
Creation of full quotations including; collection and assembly of bid materials, creation of technical descriptions for new equipment, construction of cost spreadsheets for reviewing profit margins, maintenance of the IQ2 database specific to quotation and creation of hard copy documentation binders.
Coordinate, plan and create quotations for new and existing oil rigs including equipment for new and existing clients.
Collaborate with upper management to evaluate and propose risk assessments for costing and margins.
