UCM-Pega project is intended mainly to provide an interface to the sales Representatives to get the quotes of the required equipments for the health units by integrating with various applications via an API/Web service for the required data and for the standardization of data and make it available to all dependent processes and applications.

Working on developing Flows, Activities, Flow actions, Reports, Sections,Portals,Integration and Decision rules in the PRPC.

Project Information:

Platform BPO is a solution for telecom companies. It is a Automation Process for Order Management with the customers and the suppliers.Platform BPO is a workflow and business rules system built from flows in PEGA Rules Process Commander (PRPC). These flows drive screens and assignments between teams and operators.It automates the process of taking the order of connection and get the required details from the customer and place the order to the corresponding suppliers and update the status of the order placement to the customer via Emails.

Project Information:

OWS is a Global Program within Ford Motor Company. The main goal of this program is to rewrite the legacy claim processing application. The Claim validation (CV) stream deals with the validation of the claims that are to be processed according to the warranty process, increases the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of warranty and quality data. To support this global solution OWS has decided to heavily utilize the capabilities of already proven PEGA Rules process commander (PRPC) as its rules engine (BRE).This project deals with Ford Warranty Services, which is responsible for processing claims submitted by dealers for repairs done to Ford customers vehicles. The whole warranty business involves huge cost associated with it. For managing the claim lifecycle, the standardized global warranty solution, faces multiple disparate systems thus causing fragmentation, inflexibility, scale-up issues and inability to share data and best practices across the regions, which resulted in inaccurate processing of claims and maintenance complexities.

Responsibilities:

Analyze the requirements.

Implemented the design approach for PEGA PRPC applications by using PEGA Guardrails.

Creating Activities, Connectors by using standard methods of PRPC.

Followed PRPC Guardrails while building rules.

Implemented business rules using Decision tree, Decision Table and When rules.

Used Declarative rules.

Involved in Testing as well as Technical Design Documentation.

Interacting with the Onsite coordinators, and giving demo to Client
