Asset Reliability Engineer

Drive and coordinate initiatives for operational improvement which includes operating integrity (OI) achievement, Relentless production improvement (RPI) and operation excellence (OE)

Evaluate, design, and recommend changes in maintenance activities to increase reliability of existing equipment, Provide ongoing engineering assistance to operations and maintenance

Facilitating development of new maintenance strategies to improve life of Rotary Equipment through RCM

Maintenance integrity and reliability support for all the Static and Rotary critical equipment’s includes study of RCA (Root cause analysis) and FMEA as a RCM (Reliability centered Maint), Works with Production to perform analyses if asset Utilization, equipment effective ness, Remaining Useful life of equipment’s.

Project Handled: Kashagan Oil field (Kazakhstan) (Shell Joint Venture)

Work preparation, planning and execution in SAP (MM&WM modules)

Participate in the review of new plants, addressing any issues regarding rotating equipment reliability, design, procurement, installation, and project start-up

Implementation of SAP module for the green field project to update equipment repair histories, provide technical data updates, and input necessary changes to equipment bill of material.

Focal point for machinery spare parts. This includes SAP part description changes, supply vendor changes, seeking cost reduction opportunities, and participate as a resource for inventory issues

Responsible for coordinating activities of offshore and onshore Reliability Engineers

Planning & effective preventive maintenance schedules of various Fixed equipment (API 620, 653) have to increase machine up time & equipment reliability.

Sound knowledge of Centrifugal, reciprocating pumps and Compressor and Rotating Equipment Reliability Program, performance monitoring, "bad actor" compilation, root cause analysis, and improvement plans.

Assures compliance to Process Safety Management standards (MOCs, PSSRs, Procedures, Audits, etc.)

Tracks the performance of reliability improvements to determine their effectiveness and make additional modifications if required

Static Equipment Risk Based Inspection (RBI), NDT’s activity, C&I (Corrosion and Inspection),Field LLF of static and rotating equipment’s.
