Over twenty years of JD Edwards software experience in various industries and roles ranging from Financial/Distribution Area Specialist and Team Leader to Consulting Project Leader and Project Manager. He has performed numerous implementations in multiple industries with emphasis on providing application expertise, business process redesign assistance, implementation management and technical support. Multiple experiences with integration of Financial, Distribution and Manufacturing modules. Extensive experience in all facets of JD Edwards implementations including end-user training, project management and process re-engineering. Cenveo - Implementation Specialist
Provided functional and technical support for all JD Edwards modules during conversion from existing ERP system to JDE. Worked as lone consultant on financial systems, implementing G/L, A/P and A/R applications. Developed new Chart of Accounts to accommodate multi-company and multi-currency environment, and provided all necessary set-up, custom menus, process mapping, report-writing and training to ensure successful implementation. Supported and worked with all distribution modules. Created new reports for analysis of sales, purchasing and inventory transactions. Implemented new internal cycle counting process. Also helped to support Bill of Material set-up and usage, Work Order functionality, and manufacturing accounting processes and reconciliations. Used SQL, AS400 query and other tools to create custom reporting and/or generate system and data updates as necessary.
British Petroleum (BP)- Implementation Specialist and Project Manager
Responsible for overall implementation of JDE financial and distribution applications into various BP divisions including US, Canada, and Mexico, as well as Caribbean, Central America and South America operations. Supported large ERP consolidation project, bringing large US distribution and manufacturing center into existing JDE production environment. Acted as first-line ‘triage’ support for internal system issues, allowing users faster remediation of issues while preventing the need for offshore support intervention. Worked with users and management teams to reprocess business functionality within system to allow for greater internal synergies and more efficient data flows and reporting. Assisted in all phases of necessary functional and technical JDE support across divisions, businesses and countries. Helped support non-JDE projects including trade investment tracking and reporting, Lotus Notes use, and others.
HealthNet of the Northeast- Project Manager
Lone external JDE support for training, upgrades, testing and troubleshooting of all financial and distribution applications. Served as Proj. Mgr. of Complex Claims System Migration including JDE. Implemented initial JDE system and also supported upgrades of software through numerous World versions. Implemented processes in A/P and P/O modules to better control purchasing and make tracking/reporting more efficient. Expanded internal World Writer and Query capabilities of users, dramatically reducing dependencies on I/T area. Valued as internal project manager on non-JDE projects.
Honeywell International- Lead financial & distribution consultant
Lead functional consultant for distribution and financial applications. Responsible for all facets of project implementation including design/re-engineering, configuration, training and reporting. Responsible for roll-out of full suite of applications in five locations nationwide. Performed classroom-style and on-site training to national user base. Complete set-up and process design of all JDE modules. Supported manufacturing team lead with flow charts and design documents used to ensure successful data flows and system integration. Used best practice methodologies to help ensure project success.
Jordans Foods- JDE Consultant/Project Manager
Provided sole JDE consulting in multi-site implementation of financial and distribution suite of products, plus Fixed Assets. Managed successful implementation of JDE financial applications in six weeks per management time and resource constraints. Later managed successful implementation of JDE distribution applications, also on time and within budget. Implemented Vertex and trained users on how/when in process taxes are calculated and stored for reporting. Responsible for all post-conversion support, configuration, new functionality training, process re-design, data interface and conversion assistance.

Performed user support, system set-up and efficiency checks, maintenance and training for all levels of user community. Helped implement and train new JDE users upon Viacom/Paramount acquisition.
