Routine Activities :

Generate work permit from JDE before do the job.

Carry out maintenance activities such as oil replacement pump, coupling inspection and checking, seal gas and N2 filters replacement base on work order from the system (ORACLE JD Edward) such as preventive maintenance or predictive maintenance.

Carry out material inspection after repair from store (check dimension base on the drawing)

Make pick slip from system to take material from store.

Post man hour to JDE after completely daily activities done.

Create work order and sub order from JDE

Shutdown Activities :

Overhaul pump, centrifugal compressor, gas turbine

Perform alignment ( with laser alignment or dial indicator) do correction if needed.

Dry gas seal replacement in the centrifugal compressor.

Perform Combustion Inspection and Major Inspection in gas turbine.

Check clearance radial bearing during overhaul.

Perform centering rotor and check axial movement in the centrifugal compressor.
