Accountable for the operational performance of nine clinical support sections.

Established outcome measures, diagnosed underperformance, developed improvement plans and robust real-time, intelligence gathering systems to monitor progress, support decisions, and mitigate risk.

Involve, educate, and support staff; setting realistic goals that build a sense of success and confidence among teams where skill deficits exist.

Managed tracer, documentation audits, antibiotic stewardship, patient flow and JCI mock surveys. Led RCA investigations, developed analytics to ensure failings improve learning.

The NSCT sets the scope, specification, performance and outcome measures for rare conditions and specialised services.
