7/27/16 – Present D262817 F.A. PROJECT Asphalt Concrete Milling & Resurfacing on NY Route 27 in the Town of Hempstead & Queens line to Broadway N.Y. Senior Inspector IV responsibility as field inspector is check contractors plans making sure contract plans & proposal were in accordance to specs. Set New Drainage Fame on Existing Drainage Structures installed new catch basin on existing structures used cement mortar and concrete bricks as per required of NYS Standards HMA 80 Series Compaction Placed Asphalt over the area of repaired Portland Concrete at above location. Tack Coat in preparation of placement of asphalt over the PCC repair work & fine grading of areas under the existing roadway in lieu of full depth concrete repairs.

3/1/16 – 7/27/16 N.Y.C DDC Project ID # MED 617 and D.O.T D262514 Route 9A Emergency repairs. Senior Inspector level IV night time supervisor, Scope of work installation of new distribution, water main & facilities within contract limits and in accordance with standards & specifications of the New York City Dept of Environmental protection, Bureau of water supply. Work Description used maintenance and protection of traffic in highway work zone along Route 9 A provides high level of safety for workers & public. Installed Street lighting pole & concrete foundation used extra high early strength concrete also for concrete pavement restoration as well. Catch basin, storm drainage sewer adjustment, placed steel face curb, furnished and placed sheeting & bracing in trench for water main pipe 12 & 20 inch in diameter.

Term Agreement 3/27/15 to 12/31/15 D262709 S.S Parkway between Queens line to the Suffolk County line. Senior Inspector level IV. My responsibility as field inspector is check contractors plans for installation of overhead sign structures base & pole mounted cabinet’s installation of cabinet wiring access for underground service, multiple signpost using type B signpost installation of portable variable message signs. Work with solar power flashing beacons @ large sign on concrete median barriers with mounting delineators along guiderail. Check shop drawings and field verification for placement of foundation or fabrication of sign structures & elevation also dimensions for vertical clearance to determine whether design changes are needed. The work zone traffic control were placed with color code legend sign table barrier vehicle use, requirement long term intermediate term & shot term stationary closures placement distance for barrier vehicles work duration definitions. Place reference markers, large delineator snow plowing & supplementary snow plowing markers.

Term Agreement D262080 Heckscher Senior Inspector State Parkway Bridge rehabilitation over RT 27 Town of Islip Suffolk County Long Island. Level IV my responsibility are to field inspect rehabilitation of bridge write daily reports using N.Y.S. DOT Site manager reporting system for summering reports,final quantity unit price. Daily DWR’s categories were Structures stages of construction using support system in stages. Bar reinforcement wire fabric for concrete reinforcement concrete for structures & the class of concrete required for the various structures concrete .False work, forms bridge bearings of different types welding of bearings & bridge joint systems segments,bridge rails structural slabs. Reconstruction preparation of existing structural approach slabs bridge decks wing walls & median barriers. Used lifting operation to raise bridge@ each designated bearing point used calculated lift force. Senior inspector my responsibilities includes working with different Contractors making sure contract plans & proposal were in accordance to specs. Worked with the Electricians while Furnish & Installing 16.5 Mast pole with 35 ft Mast Arm & 40 ft Mast Arm. Installation of Loops & Loop Wire Materials used Loop wire, Durant Stat-A-Flex signal wire sealant.

8/12 - 8/13 Level III Inspector, D261791, NYSDOT, (Long Island Expressway I-495 Service roads) Task included to oversee trainee’s that were on the project for the summer program (T.C.I.) Provided guidance on how to monitor contractor’s operations with respect to water main installation as per contract drawings and specifications, special drainage structures, underground electrical utilities, excavation and backfilling trenches. As a chief inspector, coordinated work zone (traffic control) to make sure driving conditions were safe to ride or walk day & night at any portion of highway construction.

8 /2/ 09 – 9/26/11 Level II Inspector, D260976, NYSDOT - Reconstruction of Old Town Rd to Pine Rd and Rt 347 to Rt 25A, Suffolk county, Long Island, N.Y Involved in the inspection of traffic signal conduit excavation & restoration, removal & disposal of underground pipe (ACM BV14), excavation & concrete foundation of light poles, concrete and asphalt (HMA) work for sidewalks, driveways & bicycle paths.

9/07-12/08 Level II Inspector, D260416, NYSDOT- Southern State Parkway, NY Route 110 to Sagtikos Parkway, Suffolk County, Long Island: Involved in the inspection of all phases of construction with the emphasis that all work were done in accordance with New York State D.O.T plans, specifications and contract proposals.
