Ø Routed incoming shipments to the proper department or warehouse section. Ø Maintain records on destination, charges and weight on all outgoing freight. Ø Coordinate with the Embassy receiving clerks to make sure about all the delivery process for all U.S. mission shipments across Iraq sites.

Ø Assists other Embassy sections, such as Public Diplomacy and Information Management in arranging transportation of shipments plus supplies to other US Mission sites across Iraq.
