Project 1: EHI Reprocess CC Declines
HTA provide customized turnkey electronic toll collection solutions for fleets and transportation agencies powered by proprietary “TollKeeper” software, HTA is fully integrated with toll roads throughout the U.S., Puerto Rico and Canada. HTA’s transponder-based solutions combine specially designed housing units with standard toll-road-issued transponders. HTA solutions are supported with full back-end administrative services, including billing, customer service and dispute resolution of toll violations. The purpose of this project to collect money when a customer’s credit card declines and HTA is not collecting money for their toll bills. So, HTA decided that after attempt to bill the credit card two times, HTA will send these transactions to EHI’s Tulsa Group who will reprocess these transactions and push them through as a force charge. This will increase revenue for both HTA and EHI.

Project 3: ABG Unmatched Toll - Sold Stolen Indicators
ABG (Avis Budget Group) sends 3 nightly files to HTA, HTA then matches the tolls to customers and bills accordingly. If a toll event happens and there is no RA (Rental Agreement) to match, the toll falls into an unmatched bucket that gets deducted from the ABG revenue share each month. To reduce this unmatched tolls and bill ABG with proper reason, ABG will provide HTA with indicators for sold and stolen plates in Daily Fleet file by adding an additional field (SOLD/STOLEN) to the file.
