Responsible for the final development and roll out of a “state of the art” positive grid manufacturing process. Accountable for all aspects of a 300 employee, form, fill, service and distribution center for lead-acid batteries including goal setting and oversight for customer service, production and finances while acting as Project Manager for the 130,000-sq. ft., $16,000,000, expansion of the distribution facility to include a new state of the art “Waterbath” formation process significantly reducing annual operating. Able to achieve the IBSA “On Time Delivery Award” with a record shipping performance during the first year of full operations at the new facility.
