JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Organize, implement, conduct and manage the QA/QC works as per the Company’s Quality Policy.

Coordinate the document controls of technical submittals, drawings, etc with the project team.

Responsible for all aspects to project quality assurance and quality control

Preparation of the Project Specific Quality Plan, inspection and test plans, check-sheets

Implementation of the Quality Management & Control program for the Project

Daily site inspection and periodical offsite inspection, Inspection Request Form filling

Controlling all inspection activities on site

Completion of necessary documentation to verify the work performed

Ensuring that inspection request are implemented

Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirements

To ensure all materials delivered to site are inspected and confirm to specified requirements

Issue and administer Non Conformance Reports as necessary and ensure follow up

Report to the Project Manager any deficiencies in the operation of Quality management & control

Completion of final quality documentation in a nice manner, in accordance with the contract

To carry out inspections of the steel structure during pre-fabrication, assembly and erection stages

Conduct field inspections like fit up, root and final visual of welded joints.

Preparation of inspection reports such as daily welding reports, WPS and all related documents

Monitoring weekly and monthly welder’s performance

To carry out NDT such as MT, UT, PT on the weld joints

Checking level, balancing and vacuum tests
