Bed Bath and Beyond engaged Infosys for the development and support of the new MDM platform (Stibo STEP).

Roles and Responsibilities executed

1)Actively involved in takeover of the Stibo STEP MDM development from Stibo INC to Infosys. Infosys took over the development and delivery of Stibo STEP solution for Bed Bath and Beyond;

2)Successfully managed transition of development and support activities from STIBO and third party consultants to Infosys support team; successfully led the team through Knowledge transition, shadow support and primary support phases. Involved in creating the transition plans, coordinating with third party vendors, planning resources, creating SOWs etc for taking over STIBO Support and development.

3)Created complete transition, delivery and execution plan using MS Project to take over the development activities from Stibo Professional services and deliver STIBO MDM solution to client with significant cost savings.
