Prepare and compile materials lists to order as per owner material class specification.

Check latest revision of approved construction drawing, review fabrication standard and check welding procedure specification, require for welding and welder’s qualification record and verify approval from certifying authority.

Review test plan procedure and requirement of NDT % according to owner’s specification.

Inspect to ensure pipe spool materials. Fabrication and site erection, such as shop inspection, pipe erection work on pipe rack.

Check joint preparation and cleanliness of weld zone, alignment and orientation pipe and carry out visual inspection of welds and verify acceptance to standard.

Arrange to conduct all NDT test as per owner requirement.

Check equipment to be used for hydro test, review calibration certificate.

To carry out final line check and verify that the piping system is installed bolted and supported in according to approved drawing clear punch/ reinstatement list before hydro pressure test’

Checking all Isometric drawing and GA piping / field installation and establish the necessary logistics.

Attend weekly meeting and monthly analysis works progress.

Motivate workers to attain the production schedules.

Monitoring the progress and distribution of daily tasks, necessary tools and materials needed, with particular emphasis on compliance with specific safety rules and quality standard, ensuring the necessary logistics for each team work.

Highlighting and solving of ant technical or organizational problems at the team level in terms of location and setting priorities in the works execution under direct supervision of the site manager.

Daily checking the piping field installation to ensure that quality of materials used and workmanship are according to drawing specification.
