* PTI Quality Containment Solutions – Quality Supervisor (07/2016 – 12/2016) I over saw the Safe Launch paint line processes for axles and drive shafts.
Performed daily dock audits to ensure paint is up to customer's standard. Wrote work instructions for all quality and production operations. Discussed defects
with customer's to ensure customer satisfaction. Tracked defects. Managed teams ranging from 9 to 90. Wrote quality alerts and developed processes for
inspection. Quality containment. Controlled quality issue manager. Oversaw titration.
* Parts Unlimited, Inc. – Warehouse and Quality Manager (08/2013 – 07/2016) I have implemented an entire Quality Program within this Automotive
Restoration Manufacturing Facility that previously never had such a program in place. I have implemented a process to inspect incoming raw materials to
isolate non-conforming materials. Examined and revised thirty year old processes to eliminate scrap and improve products by providing production training,
modifying tooling, work process changes, and even changing materials when necessary. I updated the Scrap Process being used to more accurately track scrap.
Each month I report to VP Supplier Manager all non-conforming materials and finished international products and I discuss result directly with supplier and
seek any credits when due and correction processes. Each month I report what returns we receive as a process of tracking and correcting quality when defects
are identified. I direct and oversee all steps and individuals involved in correcting any known defect. I oversee the shipping, receiving departments, and
inventory control. I do anything and everything to ensure personnel on the floor have the resources needed as well as provide leadership.

* General Electric – Technical Engineer Co-op (2003-2006) – Quality Assurance, Quality Control. Within GE I worked alongside Six Sigma Black Belts to
ensure quality of products. When parts/processes were determined faulty I worked to improve them through testing and or replacing new parts/processes
including implementing new process inputs and operational parameters. Experience included traveling to sites where faulty parts originated to determine
where flaws occur and making preventative measures. Also included Data Entry, Time Utilization, Product Break Down, Installing and instructing teams how
to use data systems, new parts, and operation processs within the GE Corporation to ensure overall quality.
