22. Vessels inspection with Technical Manager at site (China) during construction period and before handover to shipowner.

23. Developed and created new business opportunity for subsidiary company (trading house).

24. Regular shipyards visit (bi-monthly) to build up rapport and awareness.

25. Familiar with China yards’ bosses or person in charged and suppliers in China, Singapore, Malaysia & others European countries..
