Conduct meetings with staff, review daily forecast and set up daily zone assignments, along with reassignments throughout the day.

Monitor associates performance and provide feedback, coaching and training for improvement in quality, safety, productivity, attendance and annual reviews.

Continually monitoring production to provide a smooth product flow during the shift. Shipping an average of 80,000 cartons a week, 330 pallets a night on 26 trailers to 192 stores in a region of 7 states.
