Consultant for the United States Federal Government - GSA Lease Administrator for the largest Federal leasing area of the Mid-Atlantic region. Accountable for the Lease management of over 300 Government leases in an excess of eighty million dollars annually.

Worked directly with Webmaster on designing a hand held scanning machine, developed a file management program and database for the Government Lease Administrators. This program is now used throughout the General Services Administration for lease management for the entire United States. I was awarded an Excellence in Government Silver Medalist Award for this effort.

Activities included lease origination, dispute resolution, legal addendum preparation and both analyzing and formatting monthly reports, annual turnover analysis and annual operating cost assessments.
